Smoking in Britain
Well, they’re a bit late, as I’ll be in London by 1pm on Thursday, but at least there’s positive progress:
England to ban smoking where food is served
Mayor Livingstone wants to go all the way and ban smoking in all workplaces, with a few exceptions. Smoking in cabs is already banned.
Great job, guys! We’re well on our way to burying the legacy of Raleigh. I look forward to enjoying a smoke-free meal the next time I visit.

When I read the title, I thought you were going to say that YOU were going to be smoking in Britain. And what, prey tell, would you be smoking in London that you can’t smoke here? ;-) Come on, Nick, what’s the verdict?? =)
