Office Depot helps you Switch
Well, well, well. It appears that Office Depot has just become a Mac reseller. But not only that, they’ve also hatched a great program that will help all those new Switchers take care of their old PCs: they’re running a computer recycling program until September.
Hop to it! There’s never been a better, or more convenient, time to Switch.

For the last four years, I’ve joined several hundred other university students and thousands of professional developers at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference. Last year I actually got a scholarship AND I was working at Apple, so I switched around badges based on what I needed. That was pretty fun. :-)
This year, I’ve been waitlisted. :-( I was waitlisted two years ago and I was eventually able to go, so I’m not too concerned at this point. My friend Aaron (proprietor of the Urban Dictionary) received a scholarship and he won’t be able to go, so there are certainly scholarhips which will become available. It’s just a question of whether or not Sam Jacobs (the Apple fellow who handles University Relations) decides I’m going to get one of them.
